ZainCash was founded on the premise that basic payment services must be accessible, helpful, and easy, and so it was licensed in 2016 under the Central Bank of Iraq to offer electronic financial services.
ZainCash is building a unique ecosystem of products and services that led to awarding it the “Telecom Lead Innovation” in 2019 and nominated for “The Best Mobile Innovation supporting Emergency” by the GSMA in 2020/21. Since its inception, ZainCash facilitated billions of transactions for individuals, businesses, gov’t entities, and charity organizations, and continues to enable communities.
